Prodyne, Inc. was founded in 1991 by Jim Proebstle. Our early focus
was on the development of organizational performance tools for sales.
These tools were used to identify shortfalls in the sales process
and support the development and implementation of solutions for clients.
Over time, many proprietary training programs were developed in response
to client needs. During that time, as well, the needs of management
began to parallel our core priority of focusing on professional selling.
Key consultants were added to work directly for Prodyne, or as a strategic
partner, to address continuing client needs. The Michigan State University
Executive Education Center also became an added resource in responding
to client needs beyond our scope.
Today, our charter remains unchanged. Our philosophy is to understand
our clients business needs in order to build a solid foundation
for applying our areas of expertise. Our choice of using only experienced
professionals insures that our services are anchored in reality, maximizing
the payback opportunity for the client.
