Strategic Planning Workshop

This customized Strategic Planning Workshop for your vending, OCS and/or manual food service company is specifically focused toward the success of your company by capturing the creativity and commitment on your key management team. The Planning process used has proven itself with NAMA members, as well as other companies in many industries. The Workshop will position your leadership team to be on the same page, while concentrating on key priorities with a shared goals and strategies. The companion HBDI team building workshop (optional) supports the leadership team in how they effectively work together to develop a solid future for your company.
KEY ACCOMPLISHMENTS
2.5 Day Workshop
- Develop a 3-year "blueprint” to guide the critical events affecting your business:
- Conduct a SWOT Analysis (strengths, weaknesses, opportunities & threats).
- Develop a Mission Statement.
- Identify the goals and objectives that will insure success.
- Develop the appropriate strategies to insure successful implementation.
- Create a communication plan for management and employees
- Document the 1st draft of the Strategic Plan within one week
- Conduct an in-depth conference call with the leadership team to make appropriate changes. (1-2 weeks).
- Document the final draft of your 3-year strategic plan. (1-2 weeks)
.5 Day Team Building Workshop (Optional)
- The leadership team works together to capitalize on the different thinking and decision-making styles used by individual members as they achieve consensus on the strategic plan.
- Each team member takes the Herman Brain Dominance Instrument (HBDI) on-line, which will result in a comprehensive feedback guide for them and their style.
- The senior manager receives a group summary of styles as a tool to assist in maximizing the talents of the leadership team.
