- Leadership WorkStyles is a managerial assessment and feedback program that assess attitudes and thinking styles that have a significant impact on your ability to lead effectively.
- Leadership WorkStyles addresses some of the core issues about who you are and what you like—your attitudes, behaviors, and beliefs. It is important to recognize that everyone has a blend of strengths and weaknesses. The key is to understand and build strategies for how they affect your ability to:
- Set goals,
- Manage projects,
- Work with others, and
- Provide leadership
Leadership Skills
- Leadership Skills is a developmental tool for stimulating and guiding management development. The program examines what you do, not who you are.
- Feedback relying on the observations of your co-workers helps you understand how to develop your skills. These observations are entered into an “expert-system” that provides meaningful, highly personalized feedback by comparing your data with a large norm base of managers and co-workers.
- Leadership Skillsprovides a detailed narrative analysis for each of the key management practices. Your self-perception is compared to the observations of co-workers and relates your results in that skill area to your skills in other areas. Suggestions are offered for developmental activities to improve proficiency.
